How Can fatty Liver Along With Enlarged Spleen Be Treated?

I have an enlarged spleen, fatty lives and elevated bilirubin count. I also have two kidney stones slated for surgical removal in a few weeks. The doctors didn t indicate the kidney stones are related to the other issues. They want me to have a bone marrow biopsy. I am without any symptoms at all. Do you think tyhe biopsy is a good idea? Any thoughts as to what this could be? They are saying possible leukemia or low grade lymphoma, or possibly nothing serious at all.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
